I'm running a series on the biggest lessons I’ve experienced in 2024, sharing the behind-the-scenes of my business and life to inspire you to reflect on your own year and take those big lessons forward.

In this episode, we’re diving into November, and wow, it was a ride. November brought a mix of magical and heavy moments. I finally launched the evergreen funnel for the Frequency Project - something that took focused effort but is now live and welcoming new students in. 

I also wrapped up my six-week program, Build Your Human Design Business, which sold out with eight amazing participants and felt so aligned and fulfilling to create.

November was also filled with travel. From road-tripping to Byron Bay to attending a Hosier concert with my family in the Hunter Valley, it was a month of movement and highlights. But amidst the external wins and excitement, there were personal challenges too. 

I found myself navigating waves of emotion, processing grief, and holding space for polarity - the reality that I can feel abundant in business and still be on a deep healing journey behind the scenes.

The biggest lesson November taught me is that both light and dark can coexist. I can thrive in my work and still hold space for the parts of myself that need healing, and that duality is okay.

Hello, we are into the 11th lesson of 2024. I'm Yvette and this is a Human Design for Marketing podcast and, yes, I am running a series on the biggest lessons in my world over 2024, to both share behind the scenes of what is really going on in my business and life and to inspire you to reflect on the year that's been and make sure you're taking those big lessons forward with you. So we're up to lesson 11, which means we're talking about November. Now, as I record this, we're in mid-December, so it's so, so fresh. It was just a couple of weeks ago and, gosh, like most months this year, november was a ride. It was a ride. There was some magical moments, there was some heavy moments. One thing I would say is we astrologically and I'm no astrologist, but astrologically we had Pluto move from Capricorn into Aquarius. I have found myself incredibly emotional in the weeks that followed and I've observed this in the people around me, so I do think we're in a very destabilized energy right now. We're in mercury retrograde as I record this. So there's a lot. There's a lot going on and you know I've been sharing with you about my year and, having lost my dog and then also lost my dad earlier this year, it's been a lot to move through. So November brings me to November.

Speaker 1:

So early, early November, I was still in Bali. I got back to Australia very, very soon after, in the early in the first week of November, and once again, when I go away and I go and have fun and I'm not as online I do tend to come back and go into generator full work mode, and so my focus for November was to finally get my evergreen funnel set up for the Frequency Project so that people can join anytime, and there's actually a sales strategy in place to continually welcome people in. So that has taken effort. I bought a program with beautiful Jess Tutton back in April and I finally went through the program step by step and created the funnel with the help of my amazing support team as well, and that took yeah, that was a big focus in November. That took some effort because it meant recording a new masterclass and setting up the funnel on the back end, like all the moving pieces, but we got there. We are now live with our Frequency Project, evergreen funnel, and we are welcoming students in as I share this with you. So that's been really, really exciting. I also around this time I actually missed this in October I launched a completely intuitive program called Build your Human Design Business.

Speaker 1:

After having this drop in that there were a lot of people out there studying and being certified in human design who didn't have a business or know how to grow a business and that that was something that I am most certainly passionate about helping them with. And so I very small scale, all done sales done by DMs and getting in touch with people one on one I brought in a brand new product and revenue stream and I started selling it at the end of October, through DMs mainly, and then we went live in November and I ran that for the last six weeks and it was so fulfilling and rewarding. And best crew Eight amazing humans signed up like that and that you know this. Saying that I often refer to easy is right. You know, if you sell something so easily that it moves that quickly, it was sold out. Only had eight spots, they were all sold out. That it's certainly something to think about for the future. So that was live in November and I was loving that and showing up for calls every week but for this short six weeks felt good in my system, so that was exciting. That was exciting and I also had the space to create this funnel In between all of that.

Speaker 1:

It was a very big travel month for me, and part of that was I had my nephew and his friends come and stay in my home for a week for their schoolies and so I needed to get out of the house Any excuse actually and so I took a road trip to Byron Bay. On the way I went to a concert in the Hunter Valley, which is a wine region in Australia where Hosier was playing. I went with my family. That was awesome, epic, epic trip and I would say that lots of highlights in November, lots of highlights, lots of amazing client wins and feeling really like, wow, my business is in a completely different place, not financially, although that's certainly been the experience, but from a rebuilding of the foundations to create a business model that is more aligned to me, like I am in a place now that my business model is feeling so damn good in my system, better than it ever has. It's taken a lot of work and it took a lot of kicking of my backside by the universe to get me to where I find myself now. But you know, getting that funnel ready for the Frequency Project was part of it, and then I also dreamt up and birthed another new product, which I released only this week, called the Ultimate Audience Clarity Activation. If you don't have that yet, I am going to link it to this episode because it's phenomenal and it may just change your life. It's how to find your audience inside your body graph, but not just the process and the how, but a mega chat GPT prompt that will take your information from your body graph and turn it into such clarity insights, how to message your ideal clients, and it's a bit of a game changer. Sorry, back to November Suddenly went off on a sales riff, but, as I record, we are in gate 26, which is a sales energy, so not that surprising, okay, so lots of travel. Now, when I get to the challenge that I found in November Now, when I get to the challenge that I found in November, I was more emotional, really feeling like, yeah, just being hard on myself and, look, it's not that surprising with the year I've had. But I questioned things around, my relationships with others, my relationship with myself. I felt that I got in my head about things like the fact that I am a non-drinker and the people around me all drink and therefore I don't fit in. Just a lot was coming up during November and it's still quite fresh. Actually and I'm sharing this because I think that this is a cosmic experience that you may have also been going through some destabilization and emotion, because I've had this conversation with plenty of others. My beautiful auntie passed away at the end of November, which was involved in all of this emotion as well.

Speaker 1:

So I think that the lesson, if I want to look at November from a lesson, is and yes, I'm going to go into the heavier lesson here the lesson is that I can be incredibly abundant in my business and have this wildly fulfilling and amazing life and lifestyle and still be behind the scenes, suffering, still be having to move through my own healing journey, despite years of being a coach and I can be both. Those things can coexist. I can be having the best time ever in my business and still be suffering behind the scenes and it doesn't affect my business, but it does happen and I want to be real with you that that did happen in November and I'm, like I said, I'm still kind of going through that and wondering you know, is this something that's going to continue as we move towards a new paradigm which is happening in a couple of years? Because the political climate, there's just a lot going on in the world and I don't think it's so surprising that this has been my duality over the last while. So that's the biggest lesson that polarity is okay. We can be both. We can be emotional, we can be in the darkness and still bring the light to our business and our marketing and be of huge service and support to others, and that's okay.

What a year, hey. That's why I thought this was important series to do, because there's been so much to unpack. There will be more, but for now I'm going to close out lesson 11, which is about holding the polarity, and I am not going to record the final lesson for a few weeks because we're only in mid-december and I want to make sure I have capture effectively the lesson of december at the end of the month. But I will say this as I I record the Frequency Project funnel is live and we set that live six, seven days ago and have welcomed in three beautiful brand new clients already and I am left wondering why I did not do this sooner. So I thought that was good to share.

I've also flown to Bali on the precipice of a huge family trip. Next week I'll be in Austria skiing with my brother and my sister and all of the children. There's 11 of us travelling together and I am very excited and I'm coming to you from Bali because I managed to get a really good deal on a business class flight to Europe out of Bali and that was a great excuse for me to extend my trip by two weeks so that I would start in Bali, travel business class to Milan and onto Austria and then return business class to Bali, have another 10 days here before closing out this epic trip.
