Hi, hi, welcome to the Human Design for Marketing podcast. Hello and welcome back to the Human Design for Marketing podcast. I'm Yvette and I'm super thrilled to have you here joining us for this extra special episode. I am going to be doing something today that I've never done before, which is an entire episode based on one gate, one specific gate in the human design chart, and that is gate 55. Gate 55 is the gate of abundance of spirit, and it is a very, very important gate, in fact, maybe the most important gate. I'm going to go there as we move towards the new paradigm. So if you're newer to human design, let me start there. Within the entire system of human design and actually this lines up with a lot of other spiritual teachings. We are getting close to a very big seismic even shift in the level of consciousness of humans on the planet. We are going to be having something of a watershed moment and it happens in 2027, which is just two years away from now. Specifically within human design, this is going to see us move from a predominantly thought-based way of decision-making and leading decision-making and leading to a more emotional-based societal norm, and there's so much to unpack in this. But Gate 55 is a really predominant energy around this evolved way of humans leading themselves and aligning into different frequencies that, over time, are going to become the norm. Right, so you may and I know I am already be experiencing this Some of the signs that we're moving towards this shift in consciousness are that more people who were anti-spirituality or thought it was a bunch of woo didn't resonate, are now starting to really open their minds or open their bodies.
Speaker 1:Wisdom and I absolutely have experienced this with my close friends and family none of whom okay, very few of whom are particularly inclined to consider things like astrology, human design, all the things that really are put under the spiritual bucket. However, even in the time that I've been working with human design and brought it into the focus with marketing of my business. I have gone from an environment where these individuals were a bit like what is she doing now To being fascinated and open and wanting to hear more about their human design, and this has just been in the last six, seven years. So I have personally experienced this. I've also observed it happening on more, let's say, corporate type platforms like LinkedIn, where there's much more appetite and response for this type of approach and we're seeing it being adopted in all sorts of wonderful ways. So this if you're sensing this too, this is real, this is actually happening that we are evolving as a society to starting to be more feelings-based, more in touch with our emotions and led, in fact, by frequency over thought and thinking and control and strategy, which is very much where we've been. So this may be referred to as the solar plexus mutation, and that's what's happening. The solar plexus, in the human design body chart or body graph, is the emotional center, and so we're shifting to the emotional center being the most predominant center in the system, and gate 55 is a key energy in this center.
Speaker 1:Okay, so in this episode we're going to talk about not just gate55's role in the new paradigm, which I've kind of teased already. I'll also touch on what it means if you have Gate55 in your chart versus if you don't, and let me just assure you that it is still an opportunity to contemplate and work with this energy, whether you do or not, and that's true of any individual gate. We're also going to talk about the marketing influence of Gate 55. And, as usual with transit energy, so I'm recording this on oh gosh, what is the date? I think it's the 19th of February, could be the 20th around about that date. And yes, I work for myself and don't stick to other people's calendars, so I get to say things like that yes, as I record this, we're on the second day of Gate 55.
Speaker 1:Now I have an amazing team who generally quickly produce these episodes, so you will likely be listening to this within 24 hours, or able to listen to it at least. So we're definitely going to be, or you're going to be, positioned to hear all about Gate 55 as we're transiting it. So we are in a period in the transit chart where we're moving through the solar plexus gates, one after the other, pretty much for about six weeks, so it's a more emotionally heightened time. This will show up, whether you're defined emotionally or not defined emotionally, in that we're all turned on in the solar plexus while the transits are moving through this center. So therefore, whether you have an emotional authority or not, you're going to be more in touch with your own emotions. So that's worth noting.
Speaker 1:Now, the 55 within that is like I said, it's this energy of abundance. Now you may want to think about this as financial abundance, but it's more about spiritual abundance. So it may feel like more freedom in the way you live your life. It could be an energetic sense of abundance, like having more energy. It may be material, it could be having the lifestyle that you want to enjoy, and that feels a lot like abundance. Now, in the low frequency, it shows up as quite the opposite. So it shows up as scarcity and it also shows up as a bit of victim mentality, like I don't have enough and it's not my fault, I'm going to blame somebody else for that. So the low frequency is quite a tricky one and in some ways, that's the move that is happening in the new paradigm is we're going from a lack or a scarcity mentality to appreciating that when you trust yourself and when you show up as your most unique and original self, that there is always enough and that the universe will deliver for you. Okay, so that is very much the high frequency of the 55 and something I think we can all get on board with in how we run our businesses and our marketing.
Speaker 1:Now, as I like to do, I thought I'd bring a story from my own business to light through this energy. By the way, I do have the 55 in my chart it's actually in my personality moon. This particular placement check this out is what motivates you. So I am motivated, like my number one motivation. We could look at the four arrows I'm going to do an episode on that soon but my number one motivation, according to the Gates, is the 55. And that is so. Of course you can't make this up, because my whole essence or my whole value system is driven by wanting to feel lit up and liberated, and I fully believe that the 55 is a liberated energy. It's a freeing, expansive energy, so it so motivates me. You will see this in the way I build my business and you'll see this in what I've been experiencing in my business of late.
Speaker 1:So, for me, I am on a growth trajectory right now and part of that has been this shift in my business model from doing a live launch for my signature program, the Frequency Project, every three months or so and then selling. So my sales strategy for the Frequency Project in years gone by it's been around for a couple of years now was a live masterclass with a short cart open period and then we all moved through that, everybody that signed up together in a group program. Now this was actually the way that I was mentored to sell programs from the day I got started in entrepreneurship and it's definitely worked for me. I've had really amazing results. In fact, if you go back 12 months ago, I launched the Frequency Project in February 2024, right when this energy was around and had my biggest launch for the program ever, which I want to say was around $25,000, which is big. It's a really big revenue spike. It was very exciting. It wasn't without its ups and downs, that launch. We were in gate 30, which is the gate of feelings, and my feelings were all over the place. I know that for sure, but it was a successful launch. I know that for sure, but it was a successful launch.
Speaker 1:That being said, on reflection, I knew that my time with live launching needed to come to a conclusion, because I was riding this massive rollercoaster ride with every time I had a launch, my nervous system would go into complete meltdown. I'd have these huge highs when maybe the cart just opened and a few amazing women signed up, and then, during the say, 10 days that I was selling, I would be all over the place and it was exhausting, it was draining. And I knew. In fact, I went on a business retreat in March when I'm like I knew, in fact, I went on a business retreat in March when I'm like I cannot keep doing this and I verbalized that I needed to change my business model. So I kind of knew that this was happening. But I was incredibly frightened of not live launching because I just had my biggest live launch ever. It was working for me and it was what had built my business to multiple six figures.
Speaker 1:So I was in a real quandary. I'm like I can't keep doing this. It's not aligned with my energy and how I feel about my business right now, and yet it works. And so for me to consider a more evergreen way of selling the Frequency Project felt scary. Now, I worked with a private business coach, so I started working with her in April last year and shared that this is what I wanted to do. But we were just kicking off and I'm like but I'm going to do one more launch first, because it's rinse and repeat. I've got everything organized and I'll do this launch and I'll bring in the next round and then, whilst I'm in that process, we can together work on, or you can guide me through, this change.
Speaker 1:Now the universe likes to slap us in the face when we're in scarcity because, can you hear what I was doing? I was so scared of changing my business model that I was clinging to this like I have to do it this way one more time to bring in a cash injection. What the universe did was like hell, no, you're going to have a terrible launch. I spent thousands on Facebook ads, I had a few signups, but it didn't work out to be a profitable launch. It was a financial ruin for me Very bad, very bad.
Speaker 1:And even though that felt quite devastating at the time, it was also the big giant kick that I needed to actually trust that my more aligned way of running this program and selling it was. It was time to change. It was time to trust myself and make the change. So this is all very gate 55, right. So I needed to take myself from this low frequency of have to do it this certain way, have to control this and and you know all that like it's not going to work, it's. You know, this is going to be scary, it's going to take a really long time. Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. How am I going to live? How am I going to pay my change? All of that was coming up, and rightly so, because it has been a process. And yet, in the spirit of trusting that, doing it in a way that did feel lit up and liberated for me, I made the decision that I would not live launch the Frequency Project again.
Speaker 1:That started off a process of needing to transform how I brought new people into my paid client ecosystem, as well as re-designing, resetting, actually, the experience of the Frequency Project to make it more you can come in at any time and have the most incredible experience. It's not just a short window where you're with the same group of people. So lots of changes, lots of working on the back end of my business, which meant that I had some really soft months, really soft, like so soft. I wrote an Instagram post about this yesterday also Gate55 Energy that there were times when I was earning or totally in total bringing in about $1,000 a week into the business. I have two team members and I was paying myself $300 a week. It got that scary Breathe, breathe. I had to keep just trusting that this was going to be worth it, and that's when I also got serious about adding more low-ticket products into my business so that I would generate cash flow in this transition. Little did I know that this shift to more low ticket was actually what was more aligned for me as a sales strategy that would open the doors to so many more humans coming into my world and ultimately growing, growing the Frequency Project. So, as I share this with you, we are gosh around four months into selling the Frequency Project evergreen, and I actually have more clients inside of it than I've ever had before. Oh my God right. So it was a process to get it all set up, but at this point it's really working.
Speaker 1:So I'm going to stop my storytelling right now and get back into the 55. But I'm going to come back with another lesson because this is not the end of the story. Okay, so I think you're getting the sense of the 55 now. It is about releasing control, coming into a place of self-trust and following what is aligned for you and owning your emotional sovereignty, trusting that the feelings are actually leading you in the right direction. Now it is a bit different if you have the gate 55 defined or you don't have it defined.
Speaker 1:Now, if you have the gate 55 defined, then you are likely very familiar with the feelings of emotional abundance. Okay, so that's a really expansive energy to be in. But because you work with this energy all the time, you will also run from the shadow state of this energy through to the gift frequency. So you're also going to know how it feels to be in lack, to be in scarcity, and to have to work with yourself to build trust in your emotional intelligence and allow that to be your guidance versus the scarcity that may come up for you. You may also struggle to trust yourself for the same reasons, because this energy, this frequency, is about incredibly high self-trust, but only when you're in your highest self, only when you're self-led and behaving in a way that is true for you, right? So if you have this defined, you're familiar with the gamut of this frequency, from scarcity through to emotional abundance. Like me, you're probably very driven by abundance in all things. I'm not just talking about financial abundance here, I'm not just talking about financial abundance here and you also radiate this high frequency, this emotional abundance, and it's very magnetic energy comes through you. So, from a marketing perspective, this high frequency is a really important one for you to share content from, because it is magnetic, it is expansive, it is so attractive to your audience. So, especially right now, when you have this defined and it's moving through the transit, it's a really important time for you to embody in your marketing content this emotional abundance.
Speaker 1:All right Now, if you are not defined here, it doesn't mean you can't access this energy, and I'm confident that you are like what do you mean? I totally have scarcity vibes, because we pretty much all do. I'm here to tell you. But what it does mean is that you amplify this energy in others. So when you're around others, particularly those that have this energy, then you reflect it back to them. Okay, when I say reflect it back, what I mean is you give them the confidence that they can trust in their innate abundance because you see it in them. So it's a very beautiful energy for the other as well as yourself to be in.
Speaker 1:But because it's open here, your emotional state is going to be heavily influenced by the other. So you're going to experience the rollercoaster emotions of the 55 in your body in response to the other. So look out for that as well. You may also struggle with trusting in abundance without having this in your chart. So these are just some watchouts if it's not showing up for you. But, ps, if you're listening to this in pretty much real time, you do have the 55. We all have the 55. So now is the time to really. You do have the 55. We all have the 55. So now is the time to really feel this in your body like, feel this in your solar plexus, allow yourself to dance with this and communicate from this place. So that's a little bit more about the 55 and whether you have it or whether you don't have it.
Speaker 1:Now let's talk about the 55 in marketing. Literally Okay, this is big. So when you think about the 55, it invites us into releasing the control, the scarcity and the FOMO style of marketing and to really push ourselves into the trust in our unique authority and ability to magnetize, for example, the exact right clients by being more ourselves. It's like the ultimate permission slip to release anything that feels icky or uncomfortable or sleazy, even tactically, and really allow this abundance to flow through self-trust, aligned decision-making and communicating from a place of that. This is me and my magic, and I invite you in. Okay, so that's what this magic, magical energy brings to your marketing. This is not always going to be easy, and that's when I thought it would be good to tell the other part of my 55 story. And this is so timely. This is so timely. So, as I just shared, my business has shifted its business model. Financially, it's growing every month at the moment, and part of that has been once the new strategy was in place, to add Facebook ads to how I am able to grow my impact and visibility and attract more people into my ecosystem and more paid people who are buying low ticket offers and some of whom are ending up as high ticket clients.
Speaker 1:Now, my background is in media. Buying Facebook ads is something that is so innate to me. I literally spent 30 years buying advertising, which is what I am doing with Facebook ads. However, what I have found to be true is I have an addictive personality. I have an open spleen and playing with Facebook ads has felt a lot like gambling to me at times. It's like the more money I put in, the more the possibility of what comes out on the other side. But who knows, because every day is different. Some days are hugely abundant. Other days my campaign just breaks even or maybe doesn't quite break even.
Speaker 1:This has created a new rollercoaster of emotional energy in me and it's also led me to wanting to strangle it, like wanting to be in control and optimizing and squeezing the most out of the money that I put into the Facebook algorithm. It has put me into the scarcity, even though I'm experiencing more abundance, because I'm obsessing or I have been obsessing about what's happening with my Facebook ads, like it hasn't been good for my nervous system. It's been no better for my nervous system than live launching nervous system. It's been no better for my nervous system than live launching. So I am in the process now of really sitting with what are the steps and behaviors that I need to step into to really rebuild my identity around being the leader of my business who trusts that the strategic moves I'm making that feel very aligned in my system will bring abundance instead of trying to squeeze every element out of it. So I've actually, in full transparency, re-engaged my business coach from last year to help me with this, and I am on day two of having very strict boundaries around this that require me to trust and to put my best foot forward and then to trust that everything will work out exactly as it's supposed to.
Speaker 1:So gate 55, it'll be interesting to see I can't help but say this whether things improve with me putting less of my attention on this and putting more trust. But that is what the ambition is. Okay. So that's the gate 55. I trust there's been something in here very valuable for you. Go and do more research on this particular gate. It is such a beautiful one to sit with and to experience for yourself, like in understanding yourself through this frequency and also how it shows up in those around you. Go and do that.
